- Accountancy Practice Founder of Abbeygate Accountancy – a fast-growing, independent accountancy firm based near Bury St Edmunds.
- Finance Director at John Banks Group – a Top 200 Motor Trade Dealer Group. Andy has supported the business growth from £30M to over £130M a year, with 200 employees – including migration of software, whilst driving strategy, automation and outsourcing.
- Charity Director for Future Inclusions; an organisation that promotes and supports people to reach their full potential, engaging in life skills based training and learning.
- Husband and Father to five.
