Know what's coming before it arrives
A good forecast tells you when cash will be tight, how much tax is coming, and whether you can afford to hire, invest or take money out. We build forecasts with you, keep them up to date, and talk you through what they mean for the business.
Cash flow forecasts
Week-by-week or month-by-month, so you can see pinch points early and plan around them.
Budgets and targets
A realistic budget for the year, with targets the team can work towards and track against.
Scenario planning
What happens if sales drop, you take on a new site or you raise prices. See it before you commit.
Why forecasting matters
Most cash problems are predictable. Tax bills, VAT, seasonal dips and growth all eat cash, and a forecast shows that months ahead. Lenders and investors also expect a forecast before they fund you.

Questions we get asked
What is a cash flow forecast?
A cash flow forecast shows the money expected to come in and go out of your business over the coming weeks or months, so you can spot shortfalls early and plan for tax, investment and growth.
How often should a forecast be updated?
Ideally monthly, or whenever something significant changes. A forecast is only useful if it reflects what is actually happening.
Do you need my accounting software?
We work best with Xero, as we can build the forecast straight from your live figures. If you use something else, we can still help, and we can move you to Xero if you want.
Can a forecast help me get a loan?
Yes. Banks and lenders usually ask for a forecast before lending, and a well-built one makes the conversation far easier.
