AAT Level 4 Bookkeeper
This is our most-wanted role right now. If you are AAT Level 4 qualified (or close) and you want to do bookkeeping properly, with genuine progression and no ceilings, we would love to talk.

The pod model
We grow in pods. A typical pod is led by a Client Manager (who can progress to Outsourced FD), looking after two Accountants, and overseeing a Bookkeeper and a Junior. Around every pod, we share central onboarding, payroll and tech services, plus FD support.

The roles
Junior
Where great careers start. Learning the ropes across bookkeeping and admin, supported every step.
Bookkeeper
Owns the day-to-day numbers and keeps client records clean and real-time in Xero. We are actively hiring an AAT Level 4 Bookkeeper right now.
Accountant
Prepares accounts, tax and reporting. Two accountants sit in every pod.
Client Manager
Leads the pod and the client relationship. Can progress all the way to Outsourced FD.
Outsourced FD
The top of the pod path. Board-level advice and strategy for clients.
