How long does a Xero migration take?
It depends on the size of the business and how much history you want to bring across. We agree a clear plan and cut-over date with you at the start, so you know exactly what is happening and when.
Will I lose my historical data?
No. We bring across your opening balances and, where you want it, your transaction history, then reconcile everything so the numbers in Xero match your old system.
Which systems can you migrate from?
We regularly move businesses from Sage, QuickBooks, FreeAgent, IRIS KashFlow, Capium, Exchequer and spreadsheets, plus many other systems. If you are on something else, ask us.
Can you clean up my books before or during the move?
Yes. Messy books are common, and moving to Xero is the perfect time to fix them. We tidy the records, redesign the chart of accounts and make sure you start on a clean footing.
Will you train my team?
Yes. Every client gets free 1-2-1 Xero training for as long as it takes, until you and your team are comfortable.
Can you connect our other systems to Xero?
Yes. We set up apps such as Dext, Syft, Zapier, Unleashed and Mintsoft, and connect dealer systems like Keyloop and Pinewood, so your data flows into Xero without rekeying.
