Important: this calculator gives a rough estimate only and must not be relied upon as advice. It uses the tax rates on GOV.UK at 26th October 2026, including the higher rates on rental income from 6th April 2027. It assumes one company with no other companies linked to it, that your other income is salary, pension or self employed profit, and that the company's profit is the only dividend you take. It does not cover mortgages, lending or pensions: speak to a mortgage broker or a regulated financial adviser about those. Capital gains tax, incorporation relief and stamp duty on a transfer depend on the full facts, so always get proper advice before moving a property. Abbeygate Accountancy accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from use of this calculator.
